The Covenant

The Covenant of the House of Valen Prit Bohdan

A family is remembered not by what it possesses, but by what it builds, protects, and leaves behind.

Valen Prit Bohdan

The House of Valen Prit Bohdan is not a family remembered for what it has gathered, but for what it has chosen to carry forward. Its covenant, held quietly across generations, is that abundance is a trust, legacy is a responsibility, and faith is the foundation upon which every enterprise, every foundation, and every act of stewardship must rest.

This covenant is not written in a single document. It lives in the ventures established by the family — in KEBAKYEN 7, where resources and relationships are gathered under a single standard of stewardship; in VRAEVAEL, INC., which administers the threshold through which new members are considered; in Coracias Caudatus Interiors & Design, where beauty is treated as an obligation rather than an ornament; and in the philanthropic foundations built by the next generation, which extend the House's purpose outward toward children, families, and communities.

Three principles govern the House: Faith, the conviction that peace is the foundation of power rather than its prize; Abundance, the belief that what is gathered must be poured out and shared; and Legacy, the understanding that each generation signs its name not in ink, but in what it builds, protects, and leaves behind.

The House approaches its work with the discipline of a steward rather than the appetite of an owner. Its enterprises are built to endure across generations, its foundations are structured to serve those who may never know the family's name, and its heritage is preserved so that those who inherit it understand that they are custodians, not proprietors.

This page exists to make that covenant legible — to scholars, to partners, to future generations, and to any visitor who seeks to understand not only what the House has built, but why it was built, and the standard to which it holds itself.
